Reel script writer turns a video idea into a script you can film today. You pick the kind of video, how you'll film it and how long it runs, and you get every beat with what to say, what goes on screen and how to shoot it, plus a shot list and a caption. Use it when you know you should post a Reel but don't know what to say.
Before you start
You need:
- An idea of the video type, such as Just listed, Market update or Buyer question.
- For listing videos, an active listing in Agentr.ee, or the address and the one thing that stands out.
- For a Market update, your own figures from your MLS. These are the only numbers the script is allowed to state.
- Optional: your writing voice, so the lines sound like you. See How to teach AI your writing and speaking voice.

You can write up to 15 scripts an hour on either plan. Regenerate, Write it again and every change you ask for each count as a new script.
How to write your Reel script
- Open AI Studio at agentr.ee/workspace/studio, go to Create content and choose Reel script writer. From a listing's edit page, you can also click Make a Reel about this listing to start with the listing filled in.
- Under What are you making?, pick the video type, for example Just listed, Neighborhood spotlight, Myth vs reality or Hot take.
- Fill in The specifics if the type asks for them, such as the listing, the neighborhood or the question you're answering.
- Under How are you filming it?, pick Talking to camera, Voiceover over photos, Text on screen, no talking or Walking and talking.
- Pick the length: 15 seconds, 30 seconds or 60 seconds.
- Under Who's it for, and what's the ask?, choose an Audience and one call to action, such as Comment or DM me. Add an optional keyword, for example "TOUR".
- Add anything else to work in, like "mention the open house on Saturday".
- Click Write my script.
What you get
Your reel script shows the video type, length and filming mode. Two tabs sit below it:
- Beat sheet: each beat with its timing, what to say, what goes on screen, the shot and the sound. Below the beats you get Other hooks (two alternate openings) and a ready Caption.
- Shoot checklist: every shot you need before you can edit, which you can tick off as you film (ticks are not saved), plus the frame worth screenshotting.
Check Fill these in before you film for facts only you know. The tool doesn't know your market, so it never guesses at a number. Where this one usually fails is a short coaching note.
Click Copy lines to copy just the spoken lines and paste them into a teleprompter app. In text-on-screen mode the button is Copy cards. You can also Copy, Save, Regenerate or start a New video. To change something, type in Ask for a change and click Apply.
Tips for better results
- Pick the filming mode honestly. It changes the script itself, not just the tone. No camera is a real option.
- For listing videos, give the one thing that stands out. The video opens on it, not on the address.
- Walking and talking is one continuous take, so it's kept to three content beats.
- Review every line and number before you post. See How to use AI photos, videos and copy responsibly.
Common questions
How long are my scripts kept?
Scripts are kept for 90 days. Click Save on any script you want to keep longer. Saved scripts are not cleared.
Where do I find a script I wrote earlier?
Your last 8 scripts show under Your recent scripts in the tool. Open one on set instead of writing it again. Reading one doesn't use a slot. Scripts also appear on your Generations page at agentr.ee/workspace/generations, under Copy.
Does it know my market?
Yes. It takes your city and state from your profile, so it never asks. It won't invent local numbers, though.
What if a script fails?
A failed script is not counted against your limit, and on the Free plan the credit comes back to you automatically.
