The Agentr.ee Brand Ambassador Program rewards Pro subscribers who help grow our community by referring other realtors to the platform. Ambassadors earn recurring commission for every realtor who subscribes through their unique referral link.
This policy outlines how the program works, how commissions are calculated, when payouts are made, and the rules that keep the program fair for everyone.
To join the Agentr.ee Brand Ambassador Program, you must:
Free-tier users are not eligible to participate. If your Pro subscription is canceled or lapses, your ambassador account will be paused until your subscription is reinstated. Pending commissions earned during your active period will still be paid out according to the schedule below.
All Pro subscribers who join the Brand Ambassador Program earn 25% commission on every realtor who subscribes through their referral link. No tiers to climb, no quotas to hit. Every referral earns the same 25%, from day one.
Beyond the ambassador program, Agentr.ee occasionally partners directly with established voices in the real estate space — influencers, educators, and creators with significant reach — under custom partnership agreements that may include higher commission rates, lifetime Pro accounts, co-branded campaigns, and other arrangements.
These partnerships are not part of the ambassador program and aren't available by application. We typically identify and approach partners directly based on fit, audience, and brand alignment.
That said, if a strategic partnership feels right, we'd love to hear from you at support@agentr.ee. Share a little about your audience and your work — we read every message, and when there's a strong fit, we move quickly.
Commission duration depends on the subscription plan your referral signs up for:
If your referral applies any discount code at checkout — including team discount codes, promotional codes, or any other coupon — your commission rate is reduced to 15% for the duration of that subscription.
This applies regardless of where the discount code originated. The reduced rate exists because discounted subscriptions generate less revenue for Agentr.ee, and we balance ambassador rewards with sustainable program economics.
All commissions are calculated on the net amount charged to the customer after any applicable discounts, taxes, and processing fees. Commissions are not paid on refunded transactions, chargebacks, or canceled subscriptions.
Referrals are tracked through your unique ambassador link, which sets a tracking cookie when clicked. If the user signs up within the attribution window, their subscription is credited to you.
The attribution cookie is valid for 60 days from the time the user first clicks your link. If they subscribe within that window, you earn commission. If they subscribe after the window closes, the referral is not credited.
If a user clicks multiple ambassador links before subscribing, the last click wins. Whichever ambassador's link was clicked most recently before signup receives the commission.
You cannot earn commission on your own subscription, your own renewals, or accounts you personally control (including family members, accounts created under aliases, or any account where you are the primary user). Self-referrals will be disqualified and may result in removal from the program.
Commissions are paid out monthly through Affonso, our payout partner. To receive your payout, you must:
Commissions are held in a pending state for 30 days after the referred subscription is paid. This pending period exists to account for refunds, chargebacks, and cancellations. After 30 days, eligible commissions move to "approved" status and become payable in the next monthly payout cycle.
If a referred user requests a refund, disputes a charge, or cancels their subscription within the refund window, the associated commission will be reversed. If the commission has already been paid out, it will be deducted from your next payout.
You are solely responsible for any taxes owed on commission income in your jurisdiction. Agentr.ee does not withhold taxes and does not provide tax advice. You may be required to provide tax documentation (such as a W-9 or W-8BEN) to receive payouts.
We want ambassadors to promote Agentr.ee enthusiastically and creatively. The following guidelines exist to protect the brand, the program, and your reputation.
Agentr.ee reserves the right to reject payouts, suspend ambassador accounts, or permanently disable accounts if we suspect any of the following:
In cases of suspected foul play, pending commissions may be withheld pending review. If foul play is confirmed, all pending commissions will be forfeited and the account will be permanently disabled. Agentr.ee's determination in these matters is final.
We don't enjoy enforcing this section. It exists because programs without it get abused, and abuse hurts the legitimate ambassadors doing real work.
Agentr.ee reserves the right to modify this policy, including commission rates, duration, payout schedules, and eligibility requirements, at any time. We will provide 30 days' notice of material changes via email to active ambassadors.
Changes apply to future referrals only. Referrals already credited under the previous policy will continue to earn at the rates and durations in effect at the time of their signup, up to the maximum commission window for their plan.
If you disagree with a policy change, you may leave the program at any time. Your previously earned commissions will continue to be paid out according to the schedule above.
You may leave the Brand Ambassador Program at any time by contacting support or canceling through your ambassador dashboard.

If you believe a commission has been incorrectly denied or reversed, you may request a review by contacting support within 30 days of the decision. Reviews are conducted in good faith, but Agentr.ee's final determination is binding.
By participating in the Agentr.ee Brand Ambassador Program, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to this policy in its entirety. This policy works alongside Agentr.ee's Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.
