Photo studio puts you into a new scene. Start with your avatar or another photo of you, pick a room, a style and the light, and Agentr.ee creates one new photo. You can also use it to re-shoot a property photo on its own, with new camera treatment, light and color.
Before you start
You need:
- One photo. It can be an avatar you made in Create avatar, another photo of you, or a photo of a place.
- The photo in your Media Library. You can pick one you already have or upload a new one there. Images can be up to 12 MB.
- 15 credits for each photo. The price is the same on Free and Pro, and each Regenerate is another 15 credits.
Photo studio is not a Pro-only tool. On the Free plan you need at least 15 credits to run it. If you have fewer, you'll see "You need credits to run this" with an Add credits button and an Or go Pro button.
How to create a photo in Photo studio
- Open AI Studio at agentr.ee/workspace/studio and choose Photo studio under Create images.
- Under Your photo, tap Choose from library. The Media Library opens on the AI Studio tab, so your avatars are right there.
- Pick your photo, or switch tabs to pick or upload a different one. Picking a new photo replaces the current one.
- Optional: tap the label on your photo to tell Photo studio what it shows. It cycles through Auto, You and A place. Auto lets it decide.
- Under Look, stay on the Presets tab and pick a look.
- To fine-tune a preset, tap Start from this preset and customise it. This opens the Advanced tab with that preset's settings filled in.
- Under Size, pick 9:16 (Reel / Story), 4:5 (Feed), 1:1 (Square) or 16:9 (Listing / Web).
- Keep Leave room for a headline checked if you plan to add text. It keeps you clear of where your text goes. This option doesn't show for 1:1.
- Tap Generate photo. The line under the button shows the cost: "Uses 15 image credits".
You'll see "Creating your photo…". It usually takes under a minute. You don't need to stay on the page. It finishes either way.
Presets and Advanced options
The Presets tab is the quickest way to start. Bright & Airy Listing is picked by default. The presets are:
- Photo Studio Shoot: clean headshot energy, background dissolved away.
- Luxury Property: gilded, spacious, high-end listing feel.
- Bright & Airy Listing: light, open and easy, the safest all-rounder.
- Kitchen Candid, Handing Over Keys, Golden Hour Terrace and Moody Editorial.
- Black & White Classic, Social Reel Ready and Curb Appeal.
- Out in the Field (city sidewalk, coffee in hand) and Driveway Arrival (walking up to the showing).
The Advanced tab lets you set each part of the photo yourself. It has 11 categories: Camera & Shot Type, Camera Type, Expression & Energy, Subject Action, Body Position, Room / Space, Interior Style, Color Palette, Lighting & Ambience, Photo Style & Color, and Exterior Movement. Categories marked Optional have a Clear link. Options that clash with your other choices are greyed out, and pink notices explain what changes.
What you get
Each run makes one photo in the size you picked. The result screen says Your photo is ready. From there you can:
- Describe one change in Want a tweak? (for example, "warmer light, turn slightly toward camera") and tap Regenerate. Leave it blank for a fresh take. Either way it's 15 credits.
- Tap Download to save the photo to your device.
Your photo is saved automatically. It's titled with the preset name, or "Custom" if you used the Advanced tab. Find it in the Media Library on the AI Studio tab under the Photo Studio chip, and on your Generations page under Images.
Tips for better results
- Make an avatar first and use it here. Photo studio is built to put your avatar in any room, style and light.
- If your photo is of a room or a home, tap its label until it reads A place. Photo studio then keeps the place as shot and only changes the camera treatment, the light and the grade. Nobody gets invented.
- Shallow-focus framing is built around a person. On a room photo, it just blurs the space.
- Picking Black & White in Photo Style & Color means your Color Palette choice is dropped.
- Picking Drone as the camera type makes you too small in the frame for expression or pose to show.
Common questions
Can I use more than one photo?
No. Photo studio takes exactly one photo. Picking a new one replaces the one you had.
Why is an option greyed out?
It clashes with something you already picked. Hover over it to see the reason, or change your other choice first.
What happens if my photo doesn't come out?
You'll see "That didn't work" with a short reason. When a run fails, the credits for it come back to you automatically.
Can I use Photo studio on listing photos?
Yes. Add the property photo and set its label to A place. Always follow your MLS and local rules for photos you've changed.
