Email writer drafts client emails with a subject, one clear ask and your sign-off. Paste an email you got and it writes the reply, or pick a situation and it writes a new email from scratch. Use it for buyer and seller inquiries, showing requests, status updates, check-ins and review requests.
Before you start
You need either the email you want to reply to, or the person's name and one line about the situation. Your brokerage and phone come from your profile and are added to the sign-off, so keep them up to date. Each email costs:
| Free | Pro | |
|---|---|---|
| Each run (write, Regenerate or Ask for a change) | 1 credit | 0 credits |
| Limit | 20 emails per hour | 20 emails per hour |
The hour starts with your first email and resets all at once. The counter shows how many emails you have left this hour and when it resets. Detecting the situation from a pasted email is free and does not count toward your limit. If you are on the Free plan and have no credits left, the page shows "You need credits to run this" with an Add credits button.
How to reply to an email
- Open AI Studio at agentr.ee/workspace/studio, choose Write, then choose Email writer.
- Make sure Reply to an email is selected at the top.
- Under "Paste the email you got", paste the whole email, including the subject line.
- In Anything you already know you want to say, add the facts you want in the reply, such as "yes, it is still available".
- Under "What kind of email is this?", check the Category and Situation. Change them if the detected choice is wrong.
- Under "What should this email get you?", pick one ask, such as Book a showing.
- Choose a length and check Your name.
- Click Write my reply.
How to write a new email
- Click Write a new email at the top of the tool.
- Pick a Category and Situation, such as Seller side and Price reduction.
- Type Their name and The situation, in one line.
- Fill in any details the situation asks for, such as the property address.
- Pick one ask, choose a length, and check Your name.
- Click Write my email.
When the email appears, fill in anything listed under "Fill these in before you send". Then click Copy email, or click Open in Gmail to open a new Gmail message with the subject and body filled in. Add the recipient yourself. To change one part, click Edit on that block. To change the whole email, type a request in Ask for a change and click Apply.
Tips for better results
- In reply mode, the writer won't answer factual questions unless you tell it the answer. It flags what it needs instead of guessing.
- In a new email, the one-line situation is what keeps it from being generic.
- One ask per email works best. Everything else gets cut.
- Buyer inquiry, Seller inquiry and Cold lead re-engagement emails include a spot to confirm your business mailing address, plus an opt-out line. Fill them in before you send.
- Add your writing samples once, and every writing tool uses them. Email writer leans most on your client email sample. See How to teach AI your writing and speaking voice.
- Read every email before you send it, and check each fact, date and price.
Common questions
Where do I find an email I wrote earlier?
Your last 8 emails are in the Recent list in the tool. Click one to reopen it. Reopening an email doesn't write a new one. Every email is also on the Generations page under the Copy chip, with Open in Gmail and Download .txt.
Does the situation detection cost a credit?
No. It runs after you paste an email that's long enough, and it is free on every plan. It is only a head start, so you can always change the category and situation.
What happens if it fails?
You see a "That didn't work" message. Your credit comes back automatically, and the email does not count toward your hourly limit. Try again from the tool.
Does Open in Gmail send the email?
No. It opens a new Gmail message with the subject and body filled in and the recipient blank. You review it and send it yourself.
