Your business profile, audience and brand images help Agentr.ee personalize your content: the city in your posts, your phone and Instagram handle in captions, and your logo and headshot on content templates. You fill them in once, in a short Content setup, and you can change them any time in Settings.
How to complete Content setup the first time
- Click Content in the sidebar. The first time, the Content setup opens on its own. It has three steps.
- On Step 1, Tell us about your audience, add at least one city under Cities and click Add. The city is the only required field in the whole setup.
- Add any counties, neighborhoods, postal codes, client types, property types and price range that fit your business, then click Next step.
- On Step 2, Business profile, fill in the fields you want: Business name, Business email address, Business address, Business phone, Business website and Instagram username. All of them are optional.
- Click Final step.
- On Step 3, Brand images, click Add on any slot to choose a photo from your Media Library or upload one, then crop it.
- Click Finish setup. On Pro you land on your Content dashboard. On Free you land on your content calendar.

What goes in each brand image slot
- Headshot: up to 3 personal headshots, cropped to a circle.
- Torso shot: up to 3 personal torso shots, cut out on a transparent background. Fit your whole torso inside the frame.
- Logos: your regular Logo, plus a Light Logo that works on dark backgrounds. Fit the whole logo inside the frame.
Each image saves as soon as you choose or crop it. Filled slots show Change, Crop and a trash icon. The trash icon removes the image right away.
How to change your details later
- Click Settings in the sidebar. It opens on the SEO tab.
- Click the Audience, Business Profile or Branding tab. On a phone, pick the tab from the Select a tab menu.
- Make your changes.
- Click Save. You'll see "Settings saved." Until you save, the tab shows "You have unsaved changes."
Where these details show up
- Business profile: your business name, Instagram handle, phone, email and website fill in content captions and content templates. AI Studio's Email writer also uses your brokerage and phone.
- Brand images: used on content library templates when you customize them.
- Your website is separate. These settings don't change your public page. Your website's logo and photo are set in the intro section of Your website.
- Colors are separate too. There's no brand color setting here. Your website colors and fonts are set in Customize (see Customizing template), and new carousels start with your website colors.

Tips
- Add every city you work in, up to 10.
- The business email starts as your login email. Change it if clients should reach you at a different address.
- Type your phone number in the format you normally write it.
- Enter your Instagram username without the @.
- Upload a Light Logo so your logo stays readable on dark templates.

On Free, you can upload brand images during Content setup, but you can't view or change them in Settings until you upgrade.
Common questions
Do I have to fill in everything?
No. Only one city in Step 1 is required. Everything else is optional, and there's no skip button, so click through the steps to finish.
Why didn't my logo appear on my website?
Brand images are for your content templates, not your website. Add your website logo in the intro section of Your website.
Where do I set my brand colors?
Set your website colors in Customize. For content library templates, you pick colors on each item and can save them as your default. See How to customize content templates with your branding.
Where do I add my license number?
In Settings, on the Compliance tab. It's a separate page from your business profile.
