Your compliance details are your license number, brokerage logo, Realtor and Equal Housing logos, a legal disclaimer and any state notice links. Agentr.ee adds them to the footer of your public pages, so you only enter them once. It's the same on every plan, Free and Pro.
How to open your compliance settings
- Click Settings in the sidebar. It opens on the SEO tab.
- Click the Compliance tab. On a phone, choose Compliance from the tab menu.
You can also click Add your license and brokerage in the Finish setting up card on your dashboard.
How to add your license and brokerage logo
- Under Identity & Branding, type your number in Agent License Number.
- Under Brokerage Logo, click Add logo and choose or upload your brokerage's logo, then crop it.
- If you're an active member of the National Association of REALTORS®, tick Display Realtor® Logo. Leave it off if you're not. Misuse of the Realtor® trademark can lead to legal action.
- Under Logo Color Scheme, pick Dark (Black) for light backgrounds or Light (White) for dark backgrounds. This sets the color of the Realtor® and Equal Housing logos.
- In Legal Disclaimer, write the text you want in your footer, up to 2,000 characters. If you keep the suggested text, replace [Brokerage Name] with your brokerage's name.
To swap the brokerage logo later, click Change logo. The trash icon removes it.
How to add Fair Housing and state notices
- Under Mandatory Links & Notices, tick Federal Fair Housing Notice to show the "Equal Housing Opportunity" icon. It starts ticked, so untick it if you don't want it.
- If you're licensed in Texas, tick Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC). Then paste the links to your forms in Information About Brokerage Services (IABS) URL and Consumer Protection Notice URL.
- For another state's notice, tick Other State Mandates (NY, CA, etc.). Enter a Link Title, for example "NYS Housing Notice", and paste the link in Document URL.
- Click Save Changes at the bottom of the page.
Each field also saves on its own as you change it. Clicking Save Changes at the end makes sure every setting on the page is saved together.
Where your compliance details appear
Your details show in the footer of:
- your website
- your property pages
- your articles (listicles)
They don't appear on quizzes, carousels, content library templates, captions or anything you make in AI Studio. The footer doesn't show in the editor preview either, so check your live page to see it.
Tips
- Paste full links that start with https:// in every URL field, then click each link on your live page to check it opens the right document.
- When you tick the Texas box, fill in both links before you leave the page.
- Open your live website after saving and scroll to the footer to see how everything looks.
- Check your state and brokerage rules for exactly what you need to show. Agentr.ee gives you the fields, but your broker knows the requirements.
- Changed brokerages? Update your brokerage logo and disclaimer here, and your license number in both places it appears (see below).
Common questions
Do I need to publish my website after changing these?
No. Compliance details show on your live pages right away. You don't need to click Publish.
My Contact block also has a license field. Is it the same?
No. The Contact block on your website has its own Real estate license field. It isn't linked to the Compliance tab, so update both if your number changes.
Why is Add your license and brokerage already ticked on my dashboard?
The item ticks as soon as you save any setting on the Compliance tab. Make sure your license number is filled in too.
Can I add more than one state notice link?
No. You can add one Other State Mandates link, plus the two Texas links.
