Your dashboard is the first page you see after you sign in. It shows what to post today, what to finish setting up, and a few ready-made ideas, so you always have a next step. Open it any time with Dashboard at the top of the sidebar, or by clicking the Agentr.ee logo.
How to use the quick actions
- Look at the four buttons under your greeting, such as Update my website, Find what to post or Make a quiz.
- Click a button to go straight to that part of your account.
- Come back tomorrow for new suggestions. Two buttons are the actions you use most, and the other two are things you haven't tried yet, which change every day.
Once you have your first lead, See who reached out shows up here too, so your leads are always one click away.
How to work through Today's agenda
- Find Today's agenda on the left. The top right shows how many items you've done, for example "1 of 3 done".
- Click a Post today row to open it. You'll see the notes for that post and an Open in the library button. Rows marked Trending — post today are time-sensitive and sit at the top.
- Click the round check button when you've posted. Click it again to undo.
- Click Not this one to hide a post you don't want for today.
- On Mondays and Thursdays, look for a Make this week row with a quiz or a local guide. Click Create it now to have it built for you from the suggested title. When it's ready, the button changes to Open your quiz or Open your guide.
- If a Waiting on you row appears, you have new leads who haven't had a reply. Open it to see up to three of them with their message. After you reply, click Already replied to clear the lead from the row.
To open a lead and reply, go to Lead gen in the sidebar and choose My leads.
The agenda is built fresh every day. Anything you didn't finish yesterday doesn't carry over. Post rows come from your content calendar, and at most three show at once. Extra posts collapse into a link to your calendar.
How to use Generated for you
- Find Generated for you under your agenda. It shows up to three cards and changes every Monday.
- Click Open it on the content card to open a carousel, Reel, post or other item from the content library that isn't on this week's calendar.
- Click Create it now on the quiz or local guide card to start building it in one click.
- Click Read it on the Learn card to open a short help article picked for the part of your setup that needs the most attention.
How to finish setting up
- Find Finish setting up on the right. It shows how many items are done and a progress bar.
- Click an item to go to the right page, for example Make your website yours, Add your license and brokerage, Add your first listing, Publish something that captures leads or Publish your website.
- Do the task. Each item ticks itself when Agentr.ee sees it done. You can't tick items by hand.
- If you don't work with listings, hover over Add your first listing and click Not for me. Changed your mind? Click Skipped — put it back.
When every item is done, the card says "You're all set" and tidies itself away.
Tips
- Check Today's agenda each morning. Posting one thing a day adds up.
- Publish something that captures leads only ticks when your quiz, local guide or lead page is published, not while it's a draft.
- The X on Finish setting up hides the card for good, and there's no way to bring it back. Only use it when you no longer need the list.
- Tip of the day stays the same all day. Click Another tip for a new one.
- You can keep working while a quiz or guide is being built. Your other pages stay usable.

Common questions
Why did my agenda item from yesterday disappear?
The agenda is rebuilt every day and nothing rolls over. Your posts are still in your content calendar.
Why don't I see a Make this week row today?
It only appears on Mondays and Thursdays. If you click Not this one twice in one day, the slot stays empty until tomorrow. On Free, quiz and guide suggestions stop once you've used your one quiz and one guide.
Can I choose which quick actions show?
No. They're picked for you from what you click most, plus two new ideas each day.
