The Media Library is where every image you upload is kept, so you can reuse it on your website, property pages and other tools without uploading it again. It isn't a page in the sidebar. It's a window that opens whenever you click a button to add or change an image.
How to open the Media Library
- Go to the spot where you want an image. For example, open a block in Your website, or open Your account from the user menu and find Profile image.
- Click Add image, or Change image if the spot already has one.
- On a property page's Add your photos step, click Media Library next to a photo field. On a phone, this button shows a photo icon only. In the photo gallery, the tile reads Library.
- The Media Library window opens. It starts on the tab that fits the spot you clicked. Listing photos open on Listings, your profile image opens on Brand Images, and most website blocks open on My Images.
How to upload a new image
- In the Media Library window, click Upload. Your computer's or phone's file picker opens straight away.
- Choose one image, or several if the spot takes more than one, like a listing gallery.
- Wait while the window shows Uploading media…, or Uploading 1 of 3… for several files.
- For a spot that takes one image, the image goes straight in and the window closes. For your profile image, the crop window opens first so you can frame it.
New uploads are saved to the tab that fits the spot: My Images, Listings or Brand Images. Each file can be up to 12 MB. If an upload is refused, see How to fix image upload errors.
How to find and reuse an image
- Click the tab you want: My Images, Listings, Brand Images, AI Studio or Stock Photos.
- Type in the search box. On Listings, you can search by address, city or file name. On most other tabs, you search by file name.
- Scroll the grid. The newest images come first, 24 at a time. Click Load more to see older ones.
- Click Insert under the image you want. The window closes and the image appears in your spot.
For a spot that takes several images, like a listing gallery, clicking an image ticks it instead. Tick all the ones you want, then click Insert 3 images (the number matches your selection). Click Clear selection to start again.
The AI Studio tab holds the images you've made with AI Studio tools. To learn more about it, see How to find your AI creations.
How to download an image
- Open the Media Library window from any image button.
- Find the image on its tab.
- Click the download icon under the image. The file saves to your device.
You can download your own images and stock photos.
Tips
- Use the Listings tab search to find every photo of a property by typing part of its street address. Each photo shows the listing's address underneath.
- On Stock Photos, use the category chips and Tags to narrow the list. If you pick several tags, you'll see only photos that have all of them.
- The trash icon next to an image spot only removes the image from that spot. The file stays in your Media Library, so you can insert it again later.
- To close the window, click the X, click outside it, or press Escape. You can't close it while an upload is running.
Free vs Pro
| Free | Pro | |
|---|---|---|
| Upload, search, insert and download your own images | Yes | Yes |
| My Images, Listings, Brand Images and AI Studio tabs | Yes | Yes |

On Free, the Stock Photos tab has a Pro badge. Opening it shows "Stock photos are a Pro feature", with Upgrade to Pro and Back to my images buttons. See Understanding plans and pricing on Agentr.ee.
Common questions
Can I delete an image from the Media Library?
No. There's no delete option in the Media Library right now. The trash icon or Delete next to an image spot only takes the image out of that spot. The file itself stays in your library.
Why don't I see an image I just uploaded?
Check the other tabs. An upload goes to the tab that fits the spot you opened the window from, so a listing photo lands in Listings, not My Images. If you've typed a search, click the clear (x) button in the search box.
Can I rename images or sort them into folders?
No. The library has no renaming or folders. Use the tabs and the search box to find what you need.
