AI Studio tools such as avatars, photo shoots, video and image enhancement run on credits. Every account starts with welcome credits, Pro adds a monthly allowance, and anyone can buy more. This article shows where to see your balance and how to buy a credit pack.

Any plan can buy a credit pack. You don't need Pro. A pack is a one-off purchase, not a subscription.
How to check your credit balance
- Open your user menu and click Subscription & billing. You can also go to agentr.ee/workspace/subscription.
- Scroll to AI Studio credits. The pill beside it shows your total, for example "450 available".
- On Pro, check Monthly allowance for what's left of your 1,000 credits and the date it refreshes.
- Check Top-up credits (Pro) or Your credits (Free) for the credits you've bought. These are tagged Never expire.
On the Free plan, your balance also shows at the top of the AI Studio hub and on every tool page as "credits left".
How to buy a credit pack
- Go to Subscription & billing and scroll to AI Studio credits.
- Under Add credits (Free) or Need more? (Pro), click Buy 300 credits, Buy 600 credits or Buy 1,000 credits.
- Complete the checkout. The price is shown at checkout.
Your credits are added to your balance once the order goes through. If the page still shows your old number, reload it.
You'll also see Add credits and Top up credits buttons in AI Studio, for example when you don't have enough credits for a tool. Those buttons take you straight to checkout for the 300-credit pack. To buy 600 or 1,000, use the Subscription & billing page.
Tips for better results
- Check the price before you run a tool. Every tool shows what it costs. Tools marked "Varies" are priced by what you make, such as the length of a video.
- On Pro, your monthly allowance is always spent first. Credits you bought are only used after it runs out.
- Your allowance refreshes on your own date each month, shown under Monthly allowance. Use it before then, because unused allowance doesn't roll over.
- The Generations page at agentr.ee/workspace/generations shows how many credits each run used.
Common questions
Do purchased credits expire?
No. Credits you buy never expire and stay through every monthly refresh. Your 30 welcome credits work the same way.
Which credits get used first?
Your Pro monthly allowance is spent first. After that, Agentr.ee uses your top-up credits, which include credits you bought and your welcome credits.
What happens when I run out?
Free accounts see "You need credits to run this" on the tool page, with Add credits and Or go Pro. Pro accounts see "You're out of credits" with Top up credits. On Pro, your allowance also refreshes on your next monthly date.
What if a generation fails?
For most tools, if a run fails or returns nothing, the credits go back to your balance on their own. See the troubleshooting article below for details.
