When you create a new property page, the first step asks for the listing details. You don't have to type them field by field. Upload a photo or PDF of your MLS sheet, paste its text, or describe the home out loud, and Agentr.ee fills in the form for you. You check everything before the page is built.
Before you start
- This works only while you set up a new property page. Once a page is built, it opens in the listing editor, and the upload step is no longer there.
- Have your MLS sheet ready as a JPG, PNG, WEBP or PDF file under 10MB. You can also copy its text.
- If you haven't set your country yet, the Listings page asks for it first.
How to fill in a property page from your MLS sheet
- In the sidebar, click Property pages.
- On the Listings page, click Create new listing.
- On the Details step, under Congrats on your listing, add your listing details in one of three ways: paste the MLS sheet into the text box, click the paper-clip button to upload a photo or PDF of the sheet, or click the mic button and describe the property out loud.
- Click the round black arrow button to send it. Agentr.ee reads what you gave it and fills in the form.
- If a required detail is missing, you see Got most of it. Just need one more detail before we can build the page: with only the missing fields. Fill them in and click Continue.
- On the Photos step, add a Main image and up to 12 Additional images, then click Continue. Photos are optional here.
- On Review your listing, check every field. You can change any of them.
- Click Generate property website. Your page opens in the listing editor as soon as it's ready.
Photos are never taken from the sheet itself, so add them on the Photos step. If you'd rather skip the sheet, click I'll fill in the details manually on the Details step.
How to use your voice instead
- On the Details step, click the mic button.
- When you see Listening… tap the mic again when you're done., describe the home: address, price, beds and baths, and what makes it special.
- Tap the mic again to stop. Your words appear in the text box, where you can edit them.
- Click the arrow button to send.
Voice input understands US English. If your browser doesn't support it, you'll see a message suggesting Chrome, or you can type instead.
Tips
- You can combine text and a file. For example, upload the sheet and type "Mention the new roof" in the box.
- Use a clear photo or screenshot that shows the whole sheet.
- A scanned PDF has no text to read. Upload a photo or screenshot of the sheet instead.
- iPhone photos in HEIC format aren't accepted. Take a screenshot of the photo, or save it as a JPG first.
- If the sheet has no remarks, a short description is written from the facts. Rewrite it in your own words on the Review step.
- Always read the Quick double-check! box on the Review step. Rules vary by region, so make sure the details meet your local MLS guidelines.
Free vs Pro
| Free | Pro | |
|---|---|---|
| Reading your MLS sheet | Yes | Yes |

The Free plan lets you generate one property page and publish one. If you've already used it, clicking Generate property website shows an Upgrade Required message. See Understanding plans and pricing on Agentr.ee for what Pro includes.
Common questions
What does it fill in?
The address, price, status, property type, beds, baths, living area, lot size, year built, parking, pool, features, flooring, appliances, heating and cooling, and a short description. Values that don't fit the form are left empty for you to add.
Why was my file rejected?
Only JPG, PNG, WEBP and PDF files under 10MB work. After any error, attach the file again before you send.
It says it couldn't read my sheet. What now?
Try again, add more detail in the text box, or click I'll fill in the details manually and type the details yourself.
Can I edit the details later?
Yes. After the page is built, you can edit your listing in the listing editor at any time.
