The content library is where you find ready-made social media content: carousels, reels, posts, video scripts and printables. You can search it, narrow it down with filters, and save items to come back to later. Use it when you need something to post today, or want to plan ahead.
Before you start
- The content library is a Pro feature. Content in the sidebar has a PRO badge.
- The first time you open it, you may be asked to finish a short content setup first.
How to open the content library
- In the sidebar, click Content.
- Click the Library tab at the top of the page. On your phone, open the menu and tap Library under Content.
- The Content library page opens, with items in a grid, 24 per page.
How to search the library
- Click the Search box at the top of the page.
- Type a word, like "open house" or "market update". Results update as you type.
- To clear your search, click the x in the search box.
Search looks at each item's title and tags.
How to filter the library
- On a computer, use the filters in the left column. On your phone, tap Filters to open the filters drawer.
- Under Content type, pick Video script, Reel, Carousel, Post or Printable.
- Under Category, pick a topic.
- Under Delivery type, pick Ready-to-use for files you download as they are, or Canva template for designs you edit in Canva.
- To start over, click Reset filters.
You can pick one option in each group. If nothing matches, you'll see Oops, no content for that search. Try adjusting your filters! Loosen a filter or clear your search.
How to open, save and use an item
- Click an item's preview, or its Download button, for example Download carousel. This opens the item page.
- To save it for later, click the bookmark icon. Saved items live under the Saved content tab.
- On the item page, click Download files to download it, or Edit in Canva if it's a Canva template.
- Click Copy caption in the Caption box, then post the content with the caption.
- Click Show instructions for step-by-step tips on using that item.
You can also click Add to calendar on the item page to plan when you'll post it.
Tips
- Your search and filters are kept in the page address. Bookmark a filtered view, like carousels only, to jump back to it.
- Click the colored type chip on a card, such as Carousel, to see only that type.
- Look for the Canva logo on a card. It marks a Canva template.
- The Download button on a card opens the item page. Downloading happens there.
- Scroll to More like this at the bottom of an item page to find similar content.
- The Dashboard tab shows a For you row matched to the audience you picked in content setup. Click View library to jump to the full library.

On the Free plan, clicking Library shows an upgrade page. Locked items show a lock and Upgrade to Pro to unlock this content.
Common questions
Can I sort the library?
No. There's no sort control. Use search and filters to narrow it down.
What's the difference between Ready-to-use and Canva template?
Ready-to-use items are finished files you download. Canva template items open in Canva so you can edit the design there.
Where do my downloads go?
Everything you download is listed under the Downloads tab. A red dot marks an item where you've only downloaded some of the files.
Where are the items I saved?
Open the Saved content tab. It has its own search box.
