You can connect one custom domain to your Agentr.ee page on Pro, like janesmith.com. If you stop using that domain or want a different one, you can remove it from Settings. There's no separate switch button: to change domains, you remove the current one and connect the new one.
Before you start
- You need a Pro plan to see and manage the Your own domain card.
- You can have one custom domain per account at a time.
- Removing a domain can't be undone. If you add the same domain again later, it goes through the full connection process from the start.
How to remove your custom domain
- In the sidebar, click Settings.
- Click the Domains tab. On your phone, open the sidebar, tap Settings, then pick Domains from the tab dropdown.
- Scroll to the Your own domain card. Your domain is shown with its status.
- Click the red Remove button on the right of the domain.
- Your browser asks you to confirm. Click OK.
The domain disappears from the card. The empty Domain field and the Connect domain button come back. There's no separate success message.
The Remove button is there whatever the status says, whether it's "Live and secured", "Waiting for DNS", "Verified — issuing certificate" or "Couldn't connect this domain".
How to switch to a different domain
- Remove your current domain using the steps above.
- In the Domain field, type the new domain you own.
- Click Connect domain.
- Follow the rest of the steps in How to connect your own custom domain.
The Domain field only shows when no domain is on your account, so you have to remove the old one first.
What happens after you remove it
- Your main link goes back to the default free link you chose under Your default domain. That could be agentr.ee/username, luxr.bio/username or username.sellsreal.estate.
- Your share panel and QR code switch to that free link.
- Your custom domain stops showing your Agentr.ee page. Links and printed QR codes that use it stop working.
- Removing the domain here doesn't change anything at the company where you bought it.
Tips
- Check which free link is set as your default before you remove your domain. That's where your links will point. See How to choose your free link: agentr.ee, luxr.bio or sellsreal.estate.
- Download a new QR code after the change and replace any printed ones that used your custom domain.
- If a domain shows "Couldn't connect this domain", remove it and try connecting again.
- A domain that never finishes connecting is removed automatically after 7 days.

Common questions
What happens to my custom domain if I downgrade to Free?
It's paused, not deleted. Your page goes back to your default free link, and the domain stops showing your page. On Free, the Your own domain card shows an Upgrade to Pro prompt instead of your domain.
Will my domain come back if I upgrade again?
Yes. When you upgrade to Pro again, your paused domain is reconnected automatically. The connection and security checks run again, so it may show "Waiting for DNS" for a while before it's live.
Can I connect two domains at once?
No. Each account can have one custom domain. Remove the current one before you connect another.
What if my new domain says it's already connected?
A domain can only be connected to one account. If you see that message and think it's a mistake, email support@agentr.ee.
