Zapier connects Agentr.ee to thousands of other apps, like your CRM or a spreadsheet. You paste one webhook URL from Zapier into your settings, and every new lead from your forms is sent to your Zap. Use it when you want leads to land in another tool without copying them by hand.
Before you start
- You need the Pro plan. See Understanding plans and pricing on Agentr.ee.
- You need a Zapier account.
- Zapier replaces lead emails. You can receive leads by email or by Zapier, not both. Once you switch to Zapier, Agentr.ee stops emailing you new leads. If you still want an email, add an email step to your Zap.
How to get your webhook URL in Zapier
- In Zapier, create a new Zap.
- For the trigger, choose Webhooks by Zapier.
- Choose Catch Hook as the event.
- Copy the webhook URL Zapier gives you. It starts with https://hooks.zapier.com/hooks/catch/.
Keep the Zapier tab open. You'll come back to it in a minute.
How to connect Zapier in Agentr.ee
- In the sidebar, click Settings, then open the Leads tab. On your phone, open the menu, tap Settings, and pick Leads from the tab dropdown.
- Under Leads collection, select Via Zapier webhook.
- Paste your URL into Zapier webhook URL.
- Click Test integration. Wait while the button shows Testing.
- When you see "We sent a request to Zapier, go back to your zap setup and test out the integration.", go back to Zapier and test your trigger.
- Back in Agentr.ee, click Save preferences.
- Look for "Leads collection preferences are successfully saved."
Now finish your Zap in Zapier by adding the action you want, such as creating a contact in your CRM.
How to change or turn off Zapier
- Open Settings and the Leads tab.
- To use a new URL, paste it into Zapier webhook URL and click Test integration.
- To go back to email instead, select Via email and enter your Email address.
- Click Save preferences.
What gets sent
Every public form sends to your Zap: forms on your website, lead pages, quizzes, listicles, property pages and your email subscribe form. Each new lead includes the fields your visitor filled in, plus which form it came from and the page address.
Every lead is also saved in your Leads dashboard, whichever option you choose.
Tips
- Click Test integration every time before you click Save preferences, even if you didn't change the URL. Otherwise you'll see "We couldn't save your preferences because Zapier webhook URL is not valid or not responding."
- Paste the URL exactly as Zapier gives it. Don't add anything to the end.
- Send yourself a test lead from your live website after you save, and check that it reaches your Zap.
- If something looks missing in Zapier, check your Leads dashboard. Every lead is saved there too.

Common questions
Can I get leads by email and in Zapier at the same time?
Not from Agentr.ee. It's one or the other. To get both, add an email step to your Zap.
What does "invalid or not responding" mean?
Zapier didn't accept the test. Check that you copied the whole URL and that your Zap still exists, then click Test integration again.
What happens if I go back to the Free plan?
New leads are emailed to your account email instead. Your saved Zapier URL stays in your settings.
